Leaked: Hyundai Venue
"Pictures leaked online."
The pictures of the fabricated version of the Hyundai Venue has been disclosed online. Looking at the pictures, the Venue’s front fascia shares its appearance with the Kona SUV, for the most part, the split-headlamp design. The side profile is seen similar to that of the Creta while the backend will feature a new design. The Venue wears the same diamond-cut alloy wheels as belonged to the 2019 model of Creta. The turbo badge kept cleverly at the rear confirms the fact that the Venue will be accessible in the turbocharged petrol engine.
Pictures of the interior expose a lavish layout with a free-standing touchscreen at the top of the center console between the centre air vents. The Venue will come furnished with best-in-segment connectivity features. Other evident features are the three-spoke, leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio and cruise control system, and a digital climate control display knob.
The compact SUV will be available in three engine options: a new 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that comes with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, a 100hp, 1.4-litre petrol and a 90hp, 1.4-litre diesel motor.
Programmed to go on sale in India in May 2019, the Venue will take on the Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Mahindra XUV300, Ford EcoSport, and the Tata Nexon.
