"New renders claims to be the OnePlus 8 Lite."

2019 was an awesome and busy year for OnePlus. But 2020 is going to be even busier for the company as company is planing to launch more phones. Before the release of OnePlus 7T, leaks and rumors of its next flagship phone the OnePlus 8 were already out followed by OnePlus 8 Pro. Now a new renders has been leaked which claims to be the OnePlus 8 Lite.

If this is true, this is going to be the first mid-range phone from the company in more than four years. Last mid-range smartphone OnePlus launched was the OnePlus X back in October 2015. OnePlus X featured Snapdragon 801 processor which was launched in 2014. But it did not gain popularity as other phone from the company did.

Now, from the looks of the leaked renders from @OnLeaks and 91Mobiles OnePlus is diving into the mid-range segment yet again as most of the OnePlus phones are in flagship segment.

The device named OnePlus 8 Lite is expected to launch in the first half of 2020 most likely alongside the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. As there is quite a while for these devices to be launched, names and specs can change, so it is is adviced to take all these information with a grain of salt.

From the renders, we can see that the device will feature a flat display with center punch-hole for selfie sensor. Screen size of the device is likely to be between 6.4″ – 6.5″. other features includes familiar alert slider, Type-C port on the bottom, and no 3.5mm headphone jack. Back of the phone is expected to feature a curved glass with a blue gradient finish. The camera module is situated at the top left side of the phone with two camears flanked by other sensors. No finger-print sensor can be seen in the renders meaning it will come with a in-display fingerprint scanner which also means am AMOLED Display.
