PUBG Mobile Pro League South Asia 2020 to start from 19th March

17th March 2020
"PUBG Mobile Pro League South Asia 2020 will start from 19th March and will end on 5th April."

The matches of PUBG Mobile Pro League South Asia 2020 will be played in online mode rather than LAN due to Covid-19(CoronaVirus). The teams from Nepal (5 teams) and Bangladesh (1 team) have arrived in New Delhi and are staying in hotels along with few teams from India as well. All the other teams from India will be playing from their respective boot camps.

As the teams from Nepal and Bangladesh will be playing from India, it will greatly reduce their ping and will lead to smoother gameplay. The players are allowed to play on their choice of device. Each team will be accompanied by a match official to ensure the best experience to player and also in troubleshooting.

The PUBG tournament will start on 19th March and will end on 5th April. It will go on for 3 weeks with each week having 4 match days and each match day having 5 matches. In total 60 matches will be played. The total prize pool is $200,000. There are total of 20 teams playing in this PUBG Mobile Pro League South Asia 2020. The games will be live-streamed on PUBG Mobile Esports channel on YouTube from 5:45 pm on every match day.

Also, PUBG Mobile Pro League Americas and PUBG Mobile World League are postponed due to Covid-19(CoronaVirus). The exact event dates and further details will be updated on PUBG Mobile's social channels soon.
