Watering Hole organized a soulful event they called ‘Fusion Night’ on January 31 with the fusion of hand-stretched Chinese noodles with live jazz music.

Chef Ashok Tamang with his expertise in Chinese cuisine had his place on the front porch where all the guests could see him completely immersed in making delicious Chinese delicacies. The dishes were mouthwatering and memorable.

Above all, the ingredients used in the dishes were organic and brought fresh from the farmer’s market. The use of Himalayan Pink Salt on those dishes was the touch of magic.

Maria and Gianfranco made this fusion night more ambient with their heart-touching blend of guitar and vocal for an excellent Jazzy Friday night.
