11th Annual General Meeting of Civil Bank Limited Concluded

"The Eleventh Annual General Meeting of Civil Bank Limited has been concluded on Friday the 14th January 2022."

The Eleventh Annual General Meeting of Civil Bank Limited has been concluded on Friday the 14th January 2022.

The Board of Directors has approved to distribute bonus shares equal to 5% of the banks paid-up capital and 0.26% cash dividend per share for tax purposes as proposed by the general meeting.

In addition, the meeting to re-appoint NBSM & Associates as the auditor for the audit of 2078-079 and to merge/acquire Civil Bank Limited and other suitable banks and financial institutions.

It has been decided to give full authority to the Board of Directors to carry out all the work to be done on behalf of the bank by the prevailing rules and regulations, including making necessary agreements and accords to enter into a domestic or foreign strategic partnership.

Civil Bank has stated that it is planning to continuously make the customer service efficient and secure by paying special attention to modern banking services and facilities.

Serving more than five lakh customers through 115 branches, 10 extension counters, and 87 ATMs, Civil Bank has provided Rs. 91 billion by mobilizing over Rs. It has already invested over Rs 87 billion in loans.

Civil Bank extends its help towards Surendra Dhakal Foundation to facilitate community schools

"Deputy Chief Executive of Civil Bank Sunil Kumar Pokhrel had handed over the donation to the chairman of the foundation, Surendra Dhakal."

Civil Bank, under its social responsibility program is has handed over a cash donation to Surendra Dhakal Foundation, in an event, for the upliftment of community schools.

Operating with the slogan; "Civil Bank for Prosperity", Civil Bank is currently serving more than 5 lakhs customers through

114 branches, 8 extension counters, 89 ATMs all across the country and it has more than 82 billion operational funds and 72 billion operational loans.

"Civil Bank has opened its 115th branch in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur district."

Civil Bank has opened its 115th branch in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur district.

The branch was inaugurated by Bhim Dutta Municipality Mayor Surendra Bista. The number of participants in the inauguration ceremony was reduced in view of the recent outbreak of the Covid-19.

According to the bank, 115 branches across Nepal are committed to providing quality services and Civil Bank has been offering higher interest rates than the ones offered in the market in the face of the current global coronavirus epidemic.

The bank has so far provided all banking services and facilities to around 600,000 customers through 115 branches, 10 extension counters, and 86 ATMs, mobilised around Rs 92 billion in deposits, and invested over Rs 85 billion in loans.
