Basic Ways to Overcome Mild Covid Symptoms

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of people who have COVID-19 had only mild to moderate symptoms.

That means that the vast majority of individuals will be able to heal at home.

Moreover, though fever, cough, and exhaustion are still the most frequent symptoms of coronavirus infections, there are a few things individuals may do at home to improve their immune systems and recover quickly.

Sleep

Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. When we sleep, we build and restore our immunity.

Also, avoid sleeping during the day.

Hydration

Warm water with dry ginger and tulsi leaves improves your mood and keeps your body hydrated.

To prepare this simple mixture, boil some water with a piece of dry ginger until it is reduced to half its original volume.

Drink it many times a day after adding some tulsi leaves.

Zinc

Zinc has become one of the most frequent recommendations for minimizing coronavirus symptoms.

Although there is no clear evidence to suggest that taking zinc lozenges will prevent or cure COVID-19 in humans, zinc does have antiviral characteristics and has been proven in laboratory research to decrease coronavirus growth in cells.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C promotes the functioning of our immune cells, particularly when they are working harder than they should during epidemics.

You might also eat a healthy diet high in fresh vegetables and fruit.

Relax

Talk to people, read a book, listen to calming music, or do something else that will make you feel relaxed and healthy.

Also, make meditation a part of your everyday practice.

Exercise

If you have symptoms and are feeling weary or tired, avoid any physical activity.

Simply practice Pranayama for 30 minutes.

We have already started opening the showroom with precaution and taking necessary measures to ensure physical distancing and hygiene is maintained as per guidelines.

We also have option of online showroom where our customer can see the car and get all his query answered online. Our Sales Consultant shall contact the customer by WhatsApp, Viber, messenger or any other video calling tool.

3) Are there any latest offers or schemes in the purchase of automobiles?

Since most of the leading automobile brands are running some kind of offer, we have also come up with an offer that especially makes buying easy but lower Down payment, lower EMI as tenure is 10 years. I addition to that discount and free insurance. We have got a positive response and hopefully, we can convert those enquiries to sales.

Tips to Keep your Car Covid Free

6th January 2022
"It is unknown how long the virus that causes COVID-19 lives on surfaces, so we need to be very careful with it."

It is unknown how long the virus that causes COVID-19 lives on surfaces, so we need to be very careful with it.

Here are some tips to keep your car Covid free:

Before and after each travel, wash/sanitize your hands

Washing your hands before and after getting in or out of the car is a simple practice that will lower the chance of bringing the virus into your vehicle.

As a result, the number of surfaces you will have touched between wiping your hands and getting into the vehicle will be significantly decreased.

Moreover, it will reduce the possibility of contamination as well.

Keep the windows closed

If it is feasible to have your window(s) down in hot climates, this will help lower the danger of transmission.

A consistent airflow will keep the vehicles properly ventilated and enhance the probability of infectious droplets being swept away.

Limit the number of passengers

If you ride alone in the car, the chance of transmission between persons is reduced. And, ideally, the only people in your car should be family members.

However, in other cases, vehicle sharing may be the only practical alternative for necessary trips, such as business and in such cases make sure to take prevention measures like masks, and sanitizers.

Avoid touching surfaces outside of your car

Another strategy to reduce the chance of bringing the virus into your car is to restrict the number of surfaces you contact outside of your vehicle.

Whether you're buying groceries or going to the doctor, the virus might be waiting on surrounding surfaces.

As a result, avoiding touching these surfaces reduces your chances of bringing germs inside the automobile.
