Operating with the slogan "Civil Bank for prosperity", Civil Bank has started a new extension counter at the Taxpayer Service Office of Siddhicharan Municipality, ward no. 11, Okhaldhunga.

The extension counter was inaugurated by the mayor of Siddhicharan Municipality Mr. Mohan Kumar Shrestha.
In the inauguration event, Okhaldhunga District Assistant Head Manita Karki, Nepal Army's Shree Aridman Troophead Colonel, Vishal Singh,

Head of Nepal Police Okhaldhungha district Govinda Poudel, Fund and Accounting Controller's Office Head, Yugal Kishor Nyaupane,

Taxpayer Office Head Kosalendra Rijal, Industry, and Commerce Association Okhaldhunga, Chairman, Ghanendra Kumar Maskey,

Okhaldhunga Journalist Federation Chairman Dipendra Rumjali, Civil Bank Deposit and Transaction Banking Department Head Bhola Bahadur Bista,

Civil Bank State 1 Head Rajesh Dhakal, along with political personalities, industrialists, businessmen,  VIPs, and media workers were present. 

Now the clients from that area will be able to easily pay the taxes to Nepal Government Finance Ministry, through the Civil Bank's Extension Counter.
Serving more than 5 lakhs clients through 114 branches, including this one,

Civil Bank has 8 extension counters in operation, from which 5 counters are there to collect tax and revenue on behalf of the Nepal Government. 
The bank has 89 ATMs and it has more than 82 billion operational funds and 72 billion operational loans.

Civil Bank has been operating with the slogan ‘Civil Bank for prosperity’ has opened its new Extension counter in Transport Management Office, Ekantakuna, Lalitpur. Now, customers of the Transport Management Office, Ekantakuna can conveniently pay the taxes and customs from the extension counter of Civil Bank.

Civil Bank, which has been rendering service to more than 5 lakhs customers through 114 branches and 3 extension counters (including the one in Ekantakuna),  has deposited more than Rs. 70 billion from its customers and have provided more than Rs. 61 billion loans to its customers.

After getting permission to conduct banking service as class ‘A’ bank from Nepal Rastra Bank in 2067 Manshir 10,  Civil bank Ltd has completed its 10th year of service and entered to 11th year recently.

• Financing up to 80% of the Business/Commercial Vehicle.
• Maximum Loan Tenure of 7 years for Business Vehicles and 5 Years for Black plated commercial Vehicles.

Used Vehicles

Financing up to 70% available for Business Used Vehicles up to 4 years and financing up to 50% available for Used Commercial Vehicles. However, the age of used vehicles should not be more than 7 years old from the date of manufacture at the time of loan maturity.

According to the chronological order of the Nepali regions, the bank is honoring the Global Money Week as following:

Chaitra 9^th: Region 1; financial awareness program in Orchid College, Biratnagar and initiation of payment system through QR Codes for Tempos of Birtamod.

Chaitra 10^th: Region 2; financial awareness program in Janakpur, and initiation of payment system through QR Codes for the retailers.

Chaitra 11^th: Financial awareness program in Dhulikhel and Banepa of Bagmati Pradesh and initiation of payment system through QR Codes for Tempos of Hetauda.

Chaitra 12^th: Financial awareness program for Boaters association of Begnas Lake of Gandaki region.

Chaitra 13^th: Financial awareness programs in Butwal, Manigram and Tulsipur of Lumbini region.

Chaitra 14^th: Financial awareness program in Birendranagar Surkhet of Karnali region

Chaitra 15^th: Financial awareness programs in Dhangadhi, Janaki, Aadarsh, Bannigadh, Lamkichuha and Bhajni of Central Western region.

The bank will demonstrate various audiovisual contents that elaborate the advantages of different electronic transaction mediums in digital age.

The bank is also planning to publish various informational contents regarding 7 major electronic payment mediums (cellphone app, QR Code, ATM internet banking, Connect IPS and digital wallet) through their social media handles.
