Universal Electrocom Pvt. Ltd. – is the official distributor of Hitachi Home Appliances in Nepal.

At the event, Hitachi announced four products that will soon be available in the market.

The products include 4 models of Hitachi microwave oven, Hitachi front load automatic 12 kg washing machine, Hitachi French bottom refrigerator, and Hitachi cordless stick vacuum cleaner.

Various Hitachi products such as refrigerators, washing machines, and vacuum cleaners were also displayed to help participants understand the product's goals, user experience, and features.

Hitachi mentioned that it plans to further strengthen its operations in Nepal to provide Nepali users with the best products available worldwide.

With customer satisfaction as its top priority, Hitachi promises better sales service and after-sales care to its customers. With the aim of bringing new innovative technologies closer to every Nepali household, Hitachi has also said that it will continue to ensure diversity and quality in the coming days.

"We strongly believe that our business partnership with Ramesh Corp will expand Hitachi Home Appliances to every corner of Nepal, enriching every home with superior convenience and technology," said Chen Teck Beng, Managing Director of Hitachi.

"The products will be available in the market from the fourth quarter of this year (2022)," says Tarun Jain, General Manager - Business Development Division (Export Business), Hitachi.
