After launching Nokia C2 in March previously this year, Nokia has launched another budget phone in Nepal i.e. Nokia C3. It is a budget phone that offers a lot at its price like a fingerprint sensor. Nokia boasts about its display; and the battery, as they claim, will last all day.

Design and Display

The design of the Nokia C3 is similar to its successors. Nokia C3 features a durable and sturdy polycarbonate shell, along with a tough and trusted design.  One can say that only the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner is the major change that Nokia has brought in its C-series. And the brand name that used to be at the top of the phone is now replaced to the bottom.

As for the display, Nokia C3 has a 5.99-inches display with a 75.2% screen-to-body ratio. Also, the selfie camera is housed under the bezels at the top.

Performance and Battery

Nokia C3 runs on Android 10 and is powered by Unisoc SC9863A chipset which is not clearly specified. It is powered by 2GB RAM and 16GB storage that is expandable using a microSD card.

It features a 3040 mAh battery combined with adaptive battery technology which, as Nokia claims, lasts for a whole day.  

Camera and other specs

Nokia C3 comprises an 8MP sensor at the rear along with a LED flash. And, Nokia has a 5MP selfie camera at the front that is housed beneath the bezels at the top.

Nokia C3 comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, new privacy control, and a Google voice assistant button to get answers to your queries and questions instantly.

Starting with the design Nokia C1 has a Glass front, plastic back, and plastic frame and features an IPS LCD screen of 5.45 inch with a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels, an aspect ratio of 18:9 ratio and aspect ratio of ~197 PPI. On top of the display, there is a 5 MP camera for selfies.  On the back, there is a single 5 MP, f/2.4 camera accompanied by an LED flash. 

Powering the device is a MediaTek Helio A22 bundled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage expandable upto 64GB through the microSD card. The phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie (Go edition) and comes with a 2500 mAh battery which can be charged through a micro-USB port. Nokia 5.3 and Nokia C3 have been launched in India as the latest smartphones by HMD Global. The new phones have been introduced by the Finnish company after over eight months of the last Nokia smartphone launch in the country that was the Nokia 2.3.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Nokia 5.3 runs on Android 10 with a stock experience and features a 6.55-inch HD+ (720x1,600 pixels) display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, paired with up to 6GB LPDDR4x RAM. The Nokia 5.3 comes with a quad rear camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor that has an f/1.8 lens, along with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle 118-degree lens.

The Nokia 5.3 comes in a single 64GB storage option in India that is expandable via microSD card (up to 512GB) through a dedicated slot. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
