With the students finally free from their board exams and parents allowing them to have their own personal phones, smartphone market is getting saturated with new users. But parents are always concerned if their child can handle their phone well. With students in mind or to anyone looking for budget phones, here is the list of good phones under Rs. 20,000.

5. Xiaomi Redmi 6

Xiaomi phones are considered as the giants in the budget phone section. With a lot of devices in various price range, there is at least one device that suits an individual. Xiaomi Redmi 6 is one of the devices which costs less and has a good performance. Redmi 6 stands out for its dual camera setup and good picture quality. The phone features MediaTek Helio P22 chipset with 3GB of RAM alongside. With 64GB ROM on board, there will be plenty of memory for storing new memories. The phone is priced at Rs. 18,490 (3GB & 64GB).

1. Samsung Galaxy M20

Samsung is known for their high-end smartphones. But after the launch of M-series, tech giants have finally sent a decent fighter to take down the budget arena. Galaxy M20 packs decent hardware and features and is proving to be a great match to its competitors. Galaxy M20 comes in two variants 4 GB / 64 GB and 3 / 32 GB option but smaller 3/32GB variant can only be purchased in Nepal.
