Galaxy Fold finally launching
"Launch in other countries to follow in coming weeks"
Samsung today announced the Galaxy Fold is to be launched on September 6 in South Korea, which is tomorrow. The device will also be launched in U.S. in coming weeks and will be available in two colors: Cosmos Black and Space Grey. In addition to U.S. it will also be launched in France,Germany, Singapore, the U.K., and other countries but no date of release has been revealed.
Along side Galaxy Fold, Samsung also announced the Galaxy Fold Premier Service which will provide one-on-one customer support over the phone as well as optional one-on-one onboarding session to walk you through the Galaxy Fold and its features.
Talking about the features, we expect nothing has changed except the durability of the screen. The device features a 7.6-inch AMOLED display on the inside which has the resolution of 2,152 x 1,536 and a smaller 4.6-inch HD+ (1,680 x 720) AMOLED display on the outside, triple camera setup of 12MP+12MP+16MP, 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
