
OnePlus TV coming next month

After 5 years of being in the smartphone industry, OnePlus is spreading its wings for the first time in another segment. OnePlus phones were an instant hit after its initial launch. Now, OnePlus is soon bringing their TV to the market and is planned to be launched next month.

Pete Lau, CEO and the founder of OnePlus announced that company will be launching its OnePlus TV next month in September. OnePlus Indian Twitter handle also revealed that the TV will be of 55-inch and will use a QLED panel.
Now, a screenshot of what appears to be a Google Play Developer Console listing reveals that the TV is powered by yet unknown MediaTek MT5670 SoC and have a Mali-G51 GPU. The yet to be released TV runs on Android 9, has 3GB RAM built in and resolution listed is 1080p.

He also added the TV wont be budget friendly as the company is "only focusing on the flagship premium positioning"
