Maruti Suzuki is preparing to launch Swift Facelift in the Nepali market soon. Maruti Suzuki's cars are among the most popular cars in the Nepali market. The car was first introduced in the Nepali market in 2005. The car was unveiled in 2012 with the second generation model Facelift and in 2017 with the new K2 engine. Some pictures of the car that is about to go public have also come out in the market.

The design of the new Swift Facelift has not changed much. The interior will have a new seat upholstery as well as a cabin similar to the currently available model and an updated version of the multi-color MID, SmartPlay Studio touchscreen infotainment system for the instrument cluster. It will have a touchscreen infotainment system that supports both Apple Car Play and Android Auto. The car will be available with new alloy wheels and a honeycomb mesh design for the grille.

The new Swift Facelift will be offered with a 1.2 liter 4-cylinder NA petrol engine. The car produces 82 bhp of power at 6,000 rpm and 113 Nm of torque at 4,200 rpm. The car will include a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed AMT gearbox for backup. According to estimates, the Swift Facelift will initially be available with a 1.2-liter K12N Dual jet Mild Hybrid petrol with a start-stop function that generates a maximum power of 90 PS.

Maruti Suzuki's Swift, which holds the record for best-selling car, is expected to be unveiled in the Nepali market soon. Suzuki's official distributor for Nepal, CG MotoCorp, has been distributing the car in the Nepali market. The first reason behind this car being chosen by the middle class is the resale value of Maruti Suzuki's car. The price of this car has not been fixed yet. Currently, the car is available in the Nepali market in two variants 'VX Eye' and 'Z X Eye'.

The starting price of Vitara Brezza in Nepal is NRs 43,49,000.

CG|Motocorp, the authorized distributor for Suzuki cars in Nepal and automotive division of CG|Holdings will now provide Suzuki cars made by SMC Japan in the Nepali market. 
In recent days Suzuki cars available in Nepal were dominantly imported from Maruti Suzuki India. With products from SMC, Nepali customers can now enjoy the luxury of Suzuki cars made for international markets like Europe and North America. 

CG|Motocorp will only be importing higher segment vehicles from SMC Japan while retaining the existing product line up. According to the company, “Suzuki in Nepal had always provided widest choices to the customer with a wide range of products. We are now seeking to introduce our self in the premium range with imports from SMC Japan”

Suzuki Vitara will be the first product to enter Nepal through this channel. Vitara is one of the widest selling Premium SUVs in the European market. The SUV comes with a powerful 1.6-liter engine with a 4WD system and advanced features that will redefine the driving experience in the segment.

The starting price of the Suzuki Vitara is NRs. 79,99,000. 

Suzuki Vitara is expected to arrive in Nepal in March 2021 and the company has opened advanced booking with special offers for interested customers.
