Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 ABS: A Short Review | Reviews Nepal
"The price of the bike is 3,34,900 NRS making it a hot deal."
Reviews
Today we are provided with one of the most loved bikes that we have been seeing on the roads of Nepal. It is the latest version of the Bajaj Pulsar NS 200. The bike has got the same old design but with an additional feature of ABS.
Console
Let's start from the console. The best thing about this bike is that it has both digital and analog speedometer. It shows you the speed, time, kilometers, trips, stand indication and whatnot? There is a low fuel indication lamp that tends to be a convenience.
.Design
The design of the bike has no difference. The muscular tank, sleek tail, halogen headlamp, LED tail lamp, and the split seat. The only difference we could find was the ABS written on the front.
NS 200 Engine
This naked sportbike has a 199.5cc single-cylinder DTS-i engine, which gives the power of 23.5 PS @ 9500rpm and peak torque of 18.3 Nm @ 8000rpm. The mileage provided by the bike is 36 kmpl.
NS 200 Performance
We took this bike to both, city roads and off-roads. The pickup is perfect. It takes 4.86 seconds to reach from 0 to 60 kmph. The frontal telescopic suspension and rear nitrox mono-shock absorber reduces the jerks in the off-roads. The ground clearance is 169 mm letting you take the bike to sub-terrain lands with comfort. So this bike sums up as an off-road bike that can be comfortable to some extent but buttery smooth in the smooth roads.
Verdict
A small thing we noticed in the bike is its vibration once it reaches 7000 rpm, and the frontal body is a little bit on the heavier side, the rest is fine.
