Vishal Group, the official distributor of Great Wall Motors, has announced 2021 Haval coming soon to Nepal.
Great Wall Motors Company Limited, based in Baoding, Hebei, is a Chinese car manufacturer. The business was founded in 1984 and is named after China's Great Wall. It is China's largest SUV and pick-up truck manufacturer. It sells passenger cars and trucks under the Great Wall brand, as well as SUVs under the Haval and WEY brands.
The Haval is one of the most famous models from the Chinese automaker, which has sold more than 3 million SUVs in more than 60 countries in the last five years.
More than 150 improvements have been made to the third-generation Haval SUV, with a focus on intelligent communication, intelligent safety, intelligent driving, and intelligent cabin. The SUV, according to the company, has three world-first features.
The company claims that the Haval is the world's first ICE-powered SUV with the ability to update more than 40 main modules via FOTA (Firmware Over-the-Air). Aside from that, the automaker says it is the world's first ICE-powered SUV to support 5G and the first non-premium SUV to feature Automated Reversing Assist.
GWM's latest global high-intelligence modular platform, which boasts high performance, high safety, and lightweight technology, is used to build the new generation SUV.
The third-generation SUV's architecture model is dubbed "Oriental Futurism." The idea is based on the "Built by the world, for the world" principle to demonstrate its uniqueness and originality; it is not about explicit aggression but rather sophisticated elegance; it is not about misuse of the Golden Ratio everywhere but rather more simple and beautiful curves and lines; and it is not about sci-fi like interior but rather futuristic simplicity to eliminate unnecessary elements.
According to Great Wall Motors, the new SUV is on its way to achieving level 3 autonomous driving. Haval has introduced the idea of "intelligent safety," which is different from conventional first-generation passive mechanical safety, based on GWM's 3DP (3 Dimensional Protection) safety concept. It is well-suited to the autonomous driving levels set by the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineering).
It should be noted that the specifications of the model that will be arriving in Nepal have not yet been revealed.
