MG HS, the new SUV HS from British brand Morris Garage will be available in the Nepali market. Paramount Motors, MG's official distributor for Nepal, said bookings are open.

 


 

The MG HS, which is larger than the MG ZS currently available in the Nepali market, is available in the 1.5 liter and 2.0 liter dual-engine options in the global market but will be available in 1.5 liter engine option in the Nepali market.

It’s turbocharged four-cylinder engine generates 162 bhp of power and 250 Nm of torque. It has a 6-speed gearbox.

EXTERIOR

The new MG stellar field grille iteration precisely frames the MG logo at the front. At the back, a sophisticated finish comes with two tailpipes and an alloy bumper.

The headlights give a more noticeable and secure turn, as well as sleek accents at each corner of the vehicle.

INTERIOR

The interior of All New MG HS offers drivers and passengers a wide range of soft and pleasantly tactile fabrics with contrasting colors and metallic accents. 

Exclusive models are available for a variety of a black leather or a red and black leather interior arrangement. 

Ambient lighting also runs throughout the interior on Exclusive versions, creating a warm and inviting social space.

Paramount Motors has received permission from the famous Japanese Motors Mazda distributor for Nepal. Paramount was appointed by Mazda some time ago.

Paramount Motors, the official distributor of MG, will be bringing two new SUVs to Nepal. The company has begun the process of bringing Hector produced in India and HS produced in China to Nepal.

Apart from Hectare produced in India, MG will sell ZS, GS and HS models. The British racing car manufacturer Morris Garage (MG) was bought by the SAIC Group of China, and its development was aggressive. It has been almost two years since the company began production with a massive investment in India.

There are two engine options in the company's new SUV HS. The company has, however, told that a 1.5 liter turbo engine would arrive in Nepal.

The 1.5-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine produces 162bhp of power and 250Nm of torque in the MG HS. There's a six-speed automatic gearbox in this SUV.

Key Specifications of MG Hectare

 

In India, the MG hectare is available in 1.5-liter petrol and 2.0-liter diesel engine options. The company has not given any information as to whether or not two or only one engine choices will be available in Nepal.

The petrol engine delivers a maximum power of 141 bhp and a torque of 250 Nm, while the diesel engine delivers a maximum power of 167 bh and a torque of 350 Nm.

Price of MG hectare and HS

It can be calculated that the price would not be any different for these SUVs. The price of these SUVs is not confirmed yet however, it is estimated around starting price of Rs 82,90,000 Lakhs
