The SKODA Kushaq is a mid-size SUV with an award-winning turbo engine; a 1.0 TSI engine that has more power and torque. It is recently launched SUV of Skoda. It offers the power of 115Ps, torque 178 Nm.

Available in four variants; Active, Ambition, Style, and Style Plus, it comes with a 1.0 TSI engine.

It is available in two transmissions: automatic and manual. It is available with multiple color options; Tornado Red, Honey Orange, Candy White, Carbon Steel, and Reflex Silver.

Skoda Kushaq is a blend of luxury and functional design with solid and robust built quality.

Skoda is known for its safety and clever features, Kushaq comes with an electric sunroof with a back bounce system, KESSY, touchscreen infotainment system with connected car tech, ventilated front seats, cruise control with in-built navigation, and safety features like dual airbag, anti-lock braking system, hill assist and stabilizing systems. Its wheelbase is the largest among the other segments.

2: Skoda Karoq

SKODA Karoq is a compact package of the 5 seater SUV with its boldface, muscular stance, and dynamic proportions. SKODA Karoq comes with a 2.0 TDI engine which is 6 speed with 105 horsepower and 320 Nm torque.

Its design is inspired by the heritage of Czech crystal with its elegantly sculpted lines. SKODA Karoq Ambition has comfort features such as a digital multifunctional steering wheel and a panoramic sunroof. Skoda's new SUV, which is expected to compete with SUVs such as Jeep Compass and Hyundai Tucson, has entered Nepal. Although the official distributor of Skoda in Nepal, MAW Enterprises, has not officially announced, the SUV has reached Showroom.

Skoda Karoq with 2.0 liter diesel engine has entered the Nepali market. The engine generates 105 kW of power and 320 Nm of torque.

The Skoda Karoq in Nepal is priced at Rs.1 crore 30 lakhs (Ambition Plus TDI AT).

Imported to Nepal directly from the Czech Republic, the Skoda Karoq features a panoramic sunroof, virtual cockpit, digital instrument cluster, alloy wheels, full LED headlights, 20.32 cm LCD touchscreen, dual zone climate control and other features.

For security, it has six airbags, ABS with EBD, mechanical brake assist, hill start assist, front and rear parking sensors and rear parking camera.

M.A.W Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. revealed the new Skoda Kushaq in Nepal at a starting price of NPR 49,90,000.  

With three variants and as many as five trims offered, the Skoda Kushaq price goes up to NPR 65,90,000.  

Skoda Auto is spearheading Volkswagen Group's India 2.0 project with the 2021 Skoda Kushaq being the first vehicle to be introduced under it. 

Along with price reveal the new Kushaq, Skoda Nepal has also opened the bookings for the mid-size SUV.

The new Skoda Kushaq comes with features like the signature grille with chrome surround, LED headlamps with LED DRLs, fog lights with cornering function, silver roof rails, shark fin antenna, LED taillamps, 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels and electric sunroof.

The cabin of the 2021 Skoda Kushaq is loaded with features like a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Skoda Play app, touchscreen Climatronic AC, two-spoke multifunction steering wheel, ventilated front seats, Skoda sound system, wireless charger, ambient lighting, auto-dimming IRVM, 6.1-litre cooled glove box, and front and rear LED reading lights.

As the safety features are concerned, the new Kushaq boasts of six airbags, multi-collision brake, hill-hold control, tyre pressure monitoring system, rear-view camera, electronic stability control, and front and rear parking sensors.

The 2021 Kushaq has two locally manufactured TSI (turbocharged stratified injection) engine options. There is a 3-cylinder, 1.0-litre, TSI petrol motor (115PS of maximum power and 175Nm of peak torque) that can be mated either to a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed AT torque converter and a 4-cylinder, 1.5-litre, TSI petrol mill (150PS of maximum power and 250Nm of peak torque) that can be paired either with a 6-speed MT or a 7-speed DSG automatic. 

However, it will be only available in the 1.0L TSI engine in Nepal.

Talking about the dimensions, the mid-size SUV is 4,225mm in length, 1,760mm in width, and 1,612mm in height. It has a 2,651mm long wheelbase and 188mm high ground clearance. The boot can hold 385 litres of luggage.

You can choose from Candy White, Reflex Silver, Carbon Steel, Honey Orange, and Tornado Red colour options.

The 2021 Skoda Kushaq is being offered in three variants -- (Active, Ambition and Style) across two transmission options.
