Samsung omitted the Galaxy Book Go from its most recent Galaxy Unpacked presentation, where it unveiled a slew of laptops. 

The now-official Galaxy Book Go is powered by ARM chips and comes in 4G and 5G models. Let us learn more about the Samsung Galaxy Book Go's specifications, features, and estimated price in Nepal.

Overview of the Samsung Galaxy Book Go's

Performance and Memory

This device differs from the rest of the Galaxy Book family in that it is powered by ARM processors. The Wi-Fi-only and 4G models are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c microprocessor from the second generation.

The 5G model, on the other hand, is equipped with a Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 processor. Moving on, the Galaxy Book Go can be customized with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB eUFS storage. The latter can be expanded using an external MicroSD card.

MIL-STD-810G certification for severe temperature, thermal shock, vibration, low pressure, and humidity is included in the Galaxy Book Go display and design. The hinge may be extended all the way to 180o. Similarly, it offers a 14-inch diagonal FHD IPS display. On the sides, the bezels are narrow. The laptop is only 1.38kg and 14.9mm thick.

Connectivity and Battery

A 42.3 Wh battery powers the entire apparatus. It has a USB-C charging port that allows 25W charging. In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy Book Go has two USB Type-C ports, one Type-A port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a MicroSD card slot, a Nano security slot, and a SIM slot.

 Dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1 are supported for wireless networking. Users can also choose between 4G and 5G-ready versions, as I said earlier. Dolby Atmos surround sound is provided through its dual-speaker system. An HD webcam and a digital microphone are also included.

The Samsung Galaxy Book Go is readily integrated into the Galaxy ecosystem. By syncing the laptop to your phone, you can make calls and respond to texts.

Samsung has launched a new budget-oriented Galaxy M-series phone called the Samsung Galaxy M21. The Galaxy M21 is the successor to Samsung Galaxy M20 and will be available in two configurations, 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB.

The 4GB/64GB Samsung Galaxy M21 price in India is INR 12,999. The Samsung M21 price in India for the high-end 6GB/128GB model hasn’t been revealed yet.

Samsung Galaxy M21 specification, features

Speaking of samsung M21 specs, the Galaxy M21 has a 6.4-inch Full-HD+ or 1080p+ Super AMOLED display with Samsung’s Infinity-U waterdrop-style notch and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone is powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 9611 processor paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage which is further expandable by up to 512GB via micro-SD card. The dual-SIM phone runs Android 10-based One UI 2.0 software and is backed by a sizeable 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging via USB Type-C.

On to the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy M21 comes with three cameras on the back. There’s a 48MP main, 8MP ultrawide-angle with 123-degree field-of-view, and another 5MP depth camera for bokeh shots. On the front, the Galaxy M21 has a 20MP camera.

At its price, the Samsung Galaxy M21 will compete with phones like the Realme 6 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, both of which pack better specs at similar prices.

The Galaxy M21 launch comes close on the heels of the Galaxy M31 launch. The Galaxy M31 may be considered as a more powerful version of the Galaxy M21 with its main USP being its 64MP main camera.

QLED stands for Quantum dot LED TV. It is a kind of TV that uses Quantum dots instead of liquid crystals to enhance the colors of the TV Screens. QLED TV is a variation of LCD and LED TV. In QLED TVs, the dots are contained in a film, and the light that hits them is provided by an LED backlight.
