The very popular Java bike has found a good place in the Nepali market.  JAWA  is a motorcycle and moped manufacturer founded in 1929 in Prague, Czechoslovakia by Frantiek Janeek, who purchased Wanderer's motorcycle division. The name JAWA was formed by joining the first letters of Janeek and Wanderer. JAWA was a top motorcycle manufacturer in the past, particularly in the 1950s, and exported its 350 model into Japan.
