The PEUGEOT 4008 and 5008 embody the inspired and modern design of the European models. In China, PEUGEOT now has a completely renewed SUV offer. This range is made even more appealing with the launch of the PEUGEOT 508 L PHEV Plug-In hybrid sedan.

This is the third electrified model to be launched in one year, following the PEUGEOT e-2008 100% electric and the PEUGEOT 4008 PHEV 4WD, a high-performance Plug-In hybrid with all-wheel drive.

New PEUGEOT 4008 and 5008: bold design, refreshed SUV range

The new PEUGEOT 4008 and 5008 adopted the design codes of their European cousins. Their radiator grille uses a technical pattern, which starts around the central lion and merges with the flanks, for a spectacular visual effect. Vertical LED lights showcase the modernity of the front end. The 3D claw tail lights and scrolling indicators highlight the technology. The overall silhouette combines elegance, dynamism, and feline grace.

The PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® evolves to be even more modern and to remain the benchmark in the C-SUV segment in China. The new central touchscreen is 10 inches in size and high definition. It comes with the “toggle switches”. Combined with the 12.3-inch digital heads-up panel, the driving experience is amplified. The interior features new decor and the “Habana” (brown) leather upholstery is now available in 4008.

New PEUGEOT 508 L PHEV, new electric range

The PEUGEOT 508L PHEV is equipped with the 360 THP (turbocharged direct injection) combustion engine combined with the Aisin electric motor. They are coupled to an 8-speed Aisin automatic gearbox. Their combined power reaches 183 kW and a maximum torque of 360 Nm. There are three available driving modes: 100% electric, Hybrid, and Sport. Driving pleasure is further enhanced by the chassis and by the ADAS 2.0 semi-autonomous driving aids. Safety is optimal with a battery protection device in the event of a collision, tested in 12 extreme conditions.

The PEUGEOT 508 L PHEV Plug-In hybrid sedan will be an eye-catching feature for visitors to the Guangzhou show. It targets "modern hedonists" urban users who are looking for quality products, new technologies, and quality of life.

The DONGFENG MOTOR and PSA groups have recently extended their cooperation through their Joint Venture until 2037. DONGFENG PEUGEOT will be showcasing its entire range on its booth located in Hall 3.1 of the Guangzhou Motor Show, from 20 to 29 November. The new SUV PEUGEOT 4008 and 5008 with their inspired design as well as the electric range (PEUGEOT e-2008, 4008 PHEV 4WD and 508 L PHEV) will be taking pride of place.

Ltd., the authorized distributors of PEUGEOT vehicles in Nepal, had launched Peugeot Partner Electric. Peugeot Partner Tepee EV has a powerful electric motor producing max power of 67HP and max torque of 200Nm, gets you from 30 to 60kmph in just 4.2 seconds and you can achieve up to 110kmph of max speed. Likewise, it is equipped with a 22kWh Li-Ion battery that can give you a range of 170km in a single charge.

The Partner Tepee EV is a comfortable and well equipped five seated MPV offering huge practicality and low running costs. The rear seats split, fold, recline, tumble and can be removed entirely. There is easily room for three adults in the rear seats, plus they recline for comfort and fold separately to provide 1,350 liters of space. The seats are removable, increasing the load area to a huge 3,000 liters. The flat floor and high roof makes loading easy. Nissan introduces the Ariya, a 100% electric crossover

The Nissan Ariya, the company's first all-electric SUV, will be able to drive up to 600 Kilometers on a single charge and features a high-tech interior, with no buttons or knobs, according to the Nissan.

The vehicle was unveiled during an online event Wednesday.

Nissan becomes one of the first major car companies to offer an all-electric car when it introduced the Leaf in 2010.

CEO Makoto Uchida and Chief Operating Officer Ashwani Gupta unveiled the Ariya to a global audience during a live-streamed event at the new Nissan Pavilion in Yokohama.

“The Nissan Ariya is a truly beautiful and remarkable car,” Gupta said. “It enables you to go further, easier, and in comfort. The Ariya is designed to impress, and to express what Nissan strives for – making our customers’ lives better.”

The all-new Nissan Ariya is scheduled to go on sale in Japan in mid-2021. It will be priced at around 5 million yen. The Ariya is planned to go on sale in Europe, North America, and China by the end of 2021.

SUV Peugeot 2008 : Petrol,Diesel and Electric soon in Nepal

Peugeot is continuing its rollout of new models with the completely redesigned 2008. Peugeot's new design language is turned up a notch with the new 2008.

It's got a really distinctive, expressive face, with a large grille and big headlights. The front bumper is covered in creases and slashes, and the surfacing of the sides is made up of really interesting angular lines on the flanks. In contrast, the rear is pretty simple, with high-up taillights that appear merged with the rear glass. And, of course, the roof has a "floating" design and can be had with a two-tone finish.

Ultra-technological, it adopts the new generation of immersive PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® 3D, with equipment and driving aids designed by the best know-how PEUGEOT has to offer. The interior looks straight out of a spaceship from a sci-fi movie. There's an incredible variety of materials, with faux carbon fiber, gloss-black plastic, soft-touch accents, microsuede, and more covering different parts of the dashboard, door panels, and center console.

The tiered dashboard is topped by a large central screen and a digital gauge cluster with a 3D effect, and the futuristic look is further set off by the two-spoke steering wheel and weird electronic shifter. There's a holographic head-up display, a wide range of passive- and active-safety features, and programmable ambient mood lighting, among many other tech features.

Based on the new and efficient modular Platform, the new SUV is a multi-energy vehicle. it offers the freedom to choose between 3 types of efficient engines: electric, petrol and diesel.

Electric Option

The new electric Peugeot is visually the same as its internal-combustion-powered sibling, with the same interior space. A single electric motor generating 136 horsepower (101 kilowatts) and 192 pound-feet (260 NM) of instant torque. It's driven by a rather modest 50 kWh battery, which Peugeot says is good for a range of approximately 312 kilometers. Recharge times vary depending on the power source, but a 100kW terminal can recharge the e-2008 to 80 per cent capacity in 30 minutes.

Petrol and Diesel Options

The petrol engines are structures the 3 cylinder-engine, a 1.2L Euro 6 standard whereas Diesel offer is with the 4-cylinder engine with a 1.5L engine euro 6 standard.

The 1.2-liter PureTech three-cylinder gas engine can be had with either 100, 130, or 155 hp. On the diesel side, a 1.5-Liter four-cylinder BlueHDI is available in 100- or 130-hp trim. The combustion engines meet the latest Euro 6 standards. In the line with the latest Euro 6 standards, engines equipped with Stop and Start and particle filter.

It has a driving modes selector depending on the version: Eco, Normal and Sport.

Peugeot 2008 is available in 4 levels of finish: Active, Allure, GT Line and GT, all available in 100% electric or thermal.
