SPG Automobiles Pvt Ltd the sole authorized distributor for Chery Cars in Nepal has officially launched the Tiggo 8 pro which is a flagship model for the brand.

The Chery Tiggo 8 PRO embodies Chery's technology and comes packed with the combination of 1.6TGDI and 7DCT, both of which were listed among the top 10 in their respective category. The full LED luxury lighting set is provided as standard for the whole family, and exclusive luxury leather seats.

Chery Automobile is making its efforts to build this model into a new generation of "luxuriously decorative terrestrial flight cockpit”.

In terms of power, the Chery Tiggo 8 PRO is equipped with 1.6L Turbocharge Gasoline Direct-Injection (1.6TGDI) engine, a super-powerful “China Heart” engine, and GETRAG’s 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (7DCT).

Specifically, 1.6TGDI was listed among the “China Heart” Ten Best Engines in 2019, with a maximum power of 145kW/197ps and a peak torque of 290Nm.

With the same standards as those for evaluating aero engine technology and cutting-edge technologies such as Chery iHEC (smart) combustion system, the 1.6TGDI engine with the intelligent start-stop (ISS) function is perfectly matched with the 7DCT to bring outstanding acceleration and ultra-low fuel consumption.

This allows the Chery Tiggo 8 PRO to accelerate to 100km/h in as little as 8.9 seconds, and the fuel consumption is as low as 6.8L per 100 kilometers. For the 1.6TGDI engine.

The Tiggo 8 pro body has a dimension of  (L*W*H)  of 4722×1860×1745mm and the In terms of appearance, the Chery Tiggo 8 PRO is a new generation of family-style "Peak Grille” design concept, on which the matrix diamond-like front grille design represents a unique, three-dimensional and hard-edged visual effect along with the full LED headlamps with Integrated Dynamic Turning Signals.

It is equipped with the 18” alloy rims which come with a Tyre Pressure monitoring system, memory enables mirrors,  stylish Led Brake Lights & Led Tail lamps with sequential turn signals, reshaping the flagship visual experience with artistic beauty and high technology. It has an impressive ground clearance of 196mm which makes it suitable for all Terrains.

Talking about the interiors it is designed with the luxuriously decorative terrestrial flight cockpit design which is equipped with a cutting-edge technology such as the  Sony sound system, Bluetooth connectivity, and cruise control all of which can be controlled with your fingertip or intelligent voice command on the multi-Function steering wheel with four adjustment settings.

Tiggo 8 pro HD floating center LCD screen has a resolution of up to 1920x720, HD floating center LCD screen in Tiggo 8 pro communicates with your phone as well as the instrument panel, displaying multimedia, driving information, and other functions.

The combination of a mobile phone, an LCD instrument panel, and a high-definition touch screen creates a more comfortable, user-friendly, and safer driving experience, along with the wireless charger on the car. The eye-catching 12.3-inch instrument cluster, 10.25- inch infotainment system as well as 8-inch LCD air conditioner system technologically make a triple-screen interaction.

The world-famous Automobile brand Chery is coming to Nepal & has appointed SPG Automobiles Pvt. Ltd, a  company under Sharda Group Umbrella as its authorized distributor for Nepal.

According to Company sources, they are expected to commence operations soon.

The Tiggo 4 SUV from Chery has been spotted on the streets of Kathmandu.
