Civil Bank has officially signed MoU with F1soft international to enable OMNI channel platform so as to provide one of the finest digital payment solution to the entire customer giving different taste of user experience where customers can self-customize their most preferred payment solution on the go.
With this, users now can experience additional and unique digital services like sending digital cash to non-Bank customers for counter withdrawal, making deposits using digital vouchers, scheduling appointments at the Bank, applying for loans and opening accounts, inquiry about digital banking products, customer segment wise product profiling and many more.
Even Non-Bank users can receive cash sent from e-cash and get to know about digital banking products of the Bank.
The bank has been providing banking service to around 7 lakhs customers from its wide network range having 115 branches, 10 extension counters and 97 ATMs across the country.
