China Communications Services (CCS) is a subsidiary of China Telecommunications Corporation which has hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing state-of-the-art fiber infrastructure around the world.

This partnership allows Vianet to rapidly build and expand its high-speed fiber network in provinces Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim (5,6,7).
