If you have a roof or access to a roof, then with proper methods and steps, you can start roof-top gardening pretty easily. You just need the following things to start gardening. 

Access 

First and foremost, you need to have access to the roof. You must either own one or get permission to start gardening in one. So, if you don't own the house, then get permission from the landlord about the access to the rooftop and then, begin your gardening. 

Soil

The second most essentials are soil. It's obvious that plant needs soil but the kind of soil and its moisture and fertility matters the most. So, make sure to get yourself fertile soil. As you are planning roof-top gardening, the soil doesn't get many minerals as it gets from the earth. So, make sure to add fertilizers timely to ensure their fertility. 

Pots and containers

Before purchasing pots and containers, ensure what kinds of plants you are planning to grow and in what way. This will help you evaluate the length and width of the pots. Terra cotta is used by many experts but they tend to dry faster. Thereupon, if possible, try to get yourself a customized pot or container. 

Drainage

Your plant needs to drain out some water but some containers do not have holes to drain the water. So, make sure to leave an opening at the bottom of your pot to ensure proper water drainage. 

Ensure a water source

Your plants require persistent attention and care unless they're low maintenance plants. So, it is to ensure a water source. It's best if you can set an automatic water source which will feed your plants even when you get too busy with work. 

Plants

Now, the most essential and core part of gardening- plants. After preparing other essentials, you need to select the type of plant you want to grow and nourish in your roof-top garden. You can either grow vegetables. Or you can also go with perennial plants- they require deep pots for their roots to grow but will make your rooftop greeny and beautiful. Also, if you want a flower garden, then you can easily choose the flowers you like and grow a beautiful little roof-top garden for yourself.

They are the most convenient and hassle-free washing machines. Being automated and advanced than the semi-automatic washing machines, it is quite costly.

Top- loading washing machines

Top-loading washing machines are the ones in which you have to load and unload the laundry from the top. This kind of washing machine is available in both semi-automatic or automatic form. Fully-automatic top-loading washing machines come with different wash programs such as gentle wash for your frail clothes and synthetic wash for your cotton clothes. For me, the fully automated washing machines are the best as you can wash your clothes conveniently without struggling to shift the clothes from washer to dryer, plus it also has a number of wash programs and all of this at a reasonable price.

Front-loading washing machines

Front-loading washing machines are the ones where the laundry is loaded and unloaded from the front. Most of the front loading washing machines are automated except for the washer and dryer that comes with different machines for washing and drying. In long run, the front-loading washing machine will be better because it consumes less water and electricity. They also consume less space as they can be stacked one upon another. The integrated washing machine can also be fitted inside a cabinet. Likewise, the portable front loading washing machines are also effective if you shift homes a lot or if you are living in a dorm or hostel. However, if you suffer from backache then you might have to bear a lot of pain as loading and unloading the clothes in front loading washing machines is quite a difficult work.

Place in an open area

You buy an air purifier to clean the room and its atmosphere. But will it be fair if contrasting to its purpose, you place it in a congested place? It may clean that particular area, but the rest of the room may still be filled with pollutants. Moreover, if you place an air purifier in a corner-blocked by your furniture, the air purifier won't be able to serve its purpose.
