Dhurba Bahadur Thapa has been elected as the chairman of the Auto Mobiles Association of Nepal (NADA). Dhruv Thapa is elected chairman after defeating his rival Karan Chaudhary by 66 votes.
Dhruv Thapa, the official dealer of Force Motor in Nepal and chairman of Himalaya Organization, got a total of 1413 votes while Karan Chaudhary, executive director of CG Holdings and CG MotoCorp got 1347 votes.
There are many members of the working committee from the Chaudhary panel. Milan Babu Malla, Anup Kumar Baral, Rajan Babu Shrestha, Surendra Kumar Upreti, Sunil Rijal, Abhik Jyoti, Prakash Kapuri, Bikram Singhania, Nilamani Pathak, Bardan Basnet, and Pankaj Agrawal have been elected as executive members from Chaudhary's panel.
Nirakar Shrestha, Yamuna Shrestha, Kapil Shivakoti, Pradip Man Pradhan, and Akash Golchha have been elected from Thapa's panel.
