Honda has been selling very expensive motorcycles from the commuter segment in the Nepali market. However, Nepal has not even brought some of the most talked-about and successful models in the world market that can be sold here.

The Honda CB150R is a very popular model in the international market. Honda has not brought it to Nepal. Despite its low capacity, it is a premium motorcycle. If it is to be brought to the Nepali market, it will compete directly with KTM Duke 125 and Yamaha MT 15 in terms of price, power, style and performance.

Honda CB150R Exmotion Specifications

The Honda CB150R Exmotion is one of Honda's most powerful motorcycles in the 150cc segment. The company has given 149.16 cc, single cylinder, liquid cooled, four valve DOHC engine. The engine delivers 17.1 PS of power at a maximum of 9,000 rpm and 14.4 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. It has a 6-speed gearbox.

Honda has given the CB150R Exmotion a diamond type frame with a 41mm difference on the front and a monoshock on the back. Disc brakes are provided on both the wheels to make the motorcycle safer. It has 296mm disc brakes on the front wheel and 220mm disc brakes on the rear. Also, it has double channel ABS available.

The Honda CB150R Exmotion has a wheelways of 1296mm, ground clearance of 139mm, an 8.5 liter fuel tank and a seat height of 795mm. The weight of the motorcycle is 125 kg.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the all-new Honda H'Ness CB 350. The DLX Pro variant gets dual-tone colours, dual horns finished in chrome, and the Honda Smartphone Voice Activated System which offers Bluetooth connectivity through a dedicated mobile app and allows riders to toggle between features such as navigation, music playback, phone calls, incoming messages and more through buttons on the left handlebar, and when paired to the rider's helmet-mounted headset system.

The Honda H'Ness CB 350 is powered by a 348.36 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 20.8 bhp at 5,500 rpm and 30 Nm of peak torque at 3,000 rpm. The single-cylinder engine is mounted on a half-duplex cradle frame. The CB 350 also features a slip and assist clutch, as well as a side stand indicator with engine inhibitor.

The Honda CB 350 features a retro design reminiscent of motorcycle designs from the 1960s and 1970s and gets a circular headlight, a round single-pod instrument cluster, chrome fenders and a slightly upswept chrome exhaust.

The Honda H'Ness CB 350 will be available in two variants - DLX and DLX Pro. The DLX Pro version will offer dual-tone paint schemes, dual horn, and Honda Smartphone Voice Control System. Lighting is LED on both variants, and the bike comes with a dual-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS) and Honda Selectable Torque Control, which is essentially a traction control system. 

The Honda CB 350 DLX Pro has been priced at INR 1.90,000 whereas CB DLX prices at INR 1,85,000.

The Honda H'Ness CB 350 will take on the leaders in the modern classic segment, including the bestselling Royal Enfield Classic 350, Jawa 42 and the upcoming Royal Enfield Meteor 350.
