Just a few days ago, two well-known automobile businessmen Sandeep Sharda and Akash Golchha were also involved in the company where they introduced the new scooter Panarea 125.

Before the merger, the company was owned by Udeep Shrestha, director of Panchakanya Group, and Bikash JB Rana, chairman of Fishtail Air.

With so many dealers being called in just days after the addition of new scooters and investors, Benelli is expected to adopt an aggressive market strategy in the coming days.

 

The company has invited dealers in Teku, Balaju, Kumaripati, and Boudha in the Kathmandu Valley, while in Banepa, Dhading, Hetauda, ​​Damauli, Pokhara, Baglung, Tikapur, Mahendranagar, Tulsipur, Jitpur-4, Simara, Birgunj, Bardibas, Gaighat, Rajbiraj, Dharan and Biratchowk outside the Kathmandu Valley.

The Italian brand Benelli, which entered Nepal 5 years ago, now has a total of 9 models of bikes including 180 S, TNT 135, TNT 600i, TNT 302 S, TNT 150i, TRK 502, TNT 15, and 500 trail with the newly introduced Panarea 125 scooter.

The Italian brand Benelli is famous for producing two-wheelers. The company has been proving itself in the production of motorcycles in the commuter segment from premium motorcycles.

Most of the products produced by the company are also available in the Nepali market. In Nepal, Benelli's motorcycles can be bought for Rs 430,000.000. Brace yourself, Consumers! 'Benelli 180S' has entered the Nepali market. 

This premium looking motorcycle is popular due to its low weight, high power, and attractive texture. Thus, it is natural to be interested in whether the motorcycle will come to the Nepali market.

Benelli 180 S Specs

The company has given Benelli 180S a single cylinder, 4 valves, liquid-cooled, FI engine with a capacity of 175.3 cc.

Based on the race inspiration chassis design, the engine in this motorcycle delivers a maximum of 18 bhp of power at 9500rpm and 14 Nm of torque at 7000 rpm.

The company has given Benelli 180S inverted telescopic suspension on the front and mono scope on the back. Disc brakes are available on both the wheels for safety. The motorcycle has 260 mm disc brakes at the front and 220 mm disc brakes at the rear.

Available with a ground clearance of 170 mm, the motorcycle has a 1345 mm wheelbase and a 10-liter capacity fuel tank.

Benelli launched its first scooter "Panarea 125"

KTM International Trading, the authorized distributor of Benelli motorcycles in Nepal, launches its first-ever scooter Panarea 125 on 24th December at Aranya Boutique Hotel.

During the launch event, Executive Director Udeep Shrestha brief about Benelli and its first-ever scooter Panarea 125. With the introduction of Panarea 125, the benefit marks its entrance into the growing premium scooter market in Nepal.  

Benelli also features the widest product range in the Nepalese market covering all segments starting from 125cc up to 752cc. 

The all-new Benelli Panarea 125 is an urban scooter that demonstrates the kind of two-wheeled perfection and incorporates a series of technological and design improvements that are unique in its own categories.

The all-new Panarea 125 is fitted with the neo-retro mix dashboard with digital display and visual odometer with additional features such as trip meter, mph ad kmph reading, fuel level, time engine warning lamp, etc.

Panarea 125 is ensured by the front telescopic forks with 90mm travel and rear spring coil oil-dampened suspension with 72 mm travel.

And the braking power is ensured by a 190mm front disk with a dual-piston caliper and 130mm rear drum brakes.

The scooter comes with 12-inch aluminum wheels and tires combination which adds a sleek touch to its retro style.

Panarea 125 is powered by a 4 stroke, air-cooled single-cylinder 124cc engine paired with CVT automatic gear shift.

The engine produced max power of 8.5hp at 7500 rpm and max torque of 9.2Nm at 6000 rpm. The Panarea houses a 12 liter under the seat storage along with a 4.6-liter fuel tank.

As for the pricing, the Benelli Panarea 125 price in Nepal is Rs. 3,35,000. And it comes in four different colors: Black, Red, Yellow, and White.
