KTM International Trading, the official distributor of Benelli Motorcycles for Nepal, has called for dealers in 21 locations across the country.
Just a few days ago, two well-known automobile businessmen Sandeep Sharda and Akash Golchha were also involved in the company where they introduced the new scooter Panarea 125.
Before the merger, the company was owned by Udeep Shrestha, director of Panchakanya Group, and Bikash JB Rana, chairman of Fishtail Air.
With so many dealers being called in just days after the addition of new scooters and investors, Benelli is expected to adopt an aggressive market strategy in the coming days.
The company has invited dealers in Teku, Balaju, Kumaripati, and Boudha in the Kathmandu Valley, while in Banepa, Dhading, Hetauda, Damauli, Pokhara, Baglung, Tikapur, Mahendranagar, Tulsipur, Jitpur-4, Simara, Birgunj, Bardibas, Gaighat, Rajbiraj, Dharan and Biratchowk outside the Kathmandu Valley.
The Italian brand Benelli, which entered Nepal 5 years ago, now has a total of 9 models of bikes including 180 S, TNT 135, TNT 600i, TNT 302 S, TNT 150i, TRK 502, TNT 15, and 500 trail with the newly introduced Panarea 125 scooter.
