How to register for OTT to view the channel on Mobile?
You need to download the Dishhome GO mobile app from the app store or ios store and register using the customer ID of the DTH connection. This app helps subscribers to interact with the support team of DishHome. Also, you can check and balance, reauthorize the channels, check the disconnection date, Add Pay Per View, etc, change the package. This App minimizes the interaction with customer support and you don't need to call the support team. .
If you have already downloaded the DishHome GO app, and you are an existing user, you will need to update the app which enables the OTT feature as shown below:

You need to click "New registration" It will provide your login credentials (User Name and Pwd) for DishHome Go app.

"Renew subscription" helps to renew OTT subscription.
"Password reset" helps to reset the OTT password in case you forget. It will reset password only for DishHome GO app only.

DishHome has introduced XVOD, a streaming video-on-demand service for its regular customers.
DishHome users who want to avail XVOD service need to connect their set-top boxes to the Internet.
How to connect the set-top box with the Internet?
Option 1: You can connect your set-top box existing home Internet service of any ISP including Dishhome by ethernet cable (RJ45). You can find an ethernet port backside of the set-top box. As per Dishhome all active set-top already updated with software to avail XVOD service.
Option 2: You can also use a WiFi dongle to connect your set-top box. You can buy a WiFi dongle at your nearest DishHome dealer dai shop. It will cost you Rs.600.
What services offered by XVOD?
Using this feature, customers will be able to watch the video streaming of their choice in 4 segments including Nepali film, English film, Series, and Kids as per their convenient time.
How to watch XVOD?
This application, which comes in a set-top box, can be streamed remotely by pressing the XVOD button in the new remote. For the older remote, you can watch by pressing the favorite button.
DishHome will only stream its licensed content under this feature.

DishHome to do the live coverage of Euro Cup 2020, with commentary in Nepali

DTH service provider in Nepal is going to do the live broadcast of Euro Cup 2020.
The live broadcast of the game will be presented on DishHome’s Action Sports Channel. The viewers will have the option to listen to the commentary in both Nepali and English during the matches, however the inbuilt default language will be English. DishHome subscribers can choose the Nepali commentary by clicking on the Yellow audio button on the remote. Action Sports is available through other cable operators as well, and if there’s an audio option on the remote, you can get the Nepali commentary.
DishHome’s Action Sports is available on Clear TV (Channel 543), Sim TV(Channel 105/991), Mero TV (Channel 900), Net TV (Channel 429) and Prabhu TV (Channel 713). On DishHome you can get the Action Sports on Channel 104 in SD quality and Channel 991 in HD quality. The Euro Cup that was canceled in 2020 due to the Corona pandemic has been resumed in 2021. Total 24 teams are participating in the Euro Cup that will be held from June 11 to July 11.
