BYD Atto 3 Bookings to Begin in Nepal Soon

Cimex BYD, BYD's sole authorized distributor in Nepal, is preparing to begin taking bookings for the BYD Atto 3 electric medium-sized SUV in Nepal. In 2022, the Atto 3 is one of the most anticipated electric cars.
After finding major success with the second-generation E6 (launched in 2021), BYD is set to introduce yet another electric vehicle–the Atto 3–in Nepal. The Atto 3 is available in two battery capacities on the global market: 50.1 kWh and 60.4 kWh.
However, Cimex Inc, the authorized distributor of BYD vehicles in Nepal, plans to produce an EV with a larger battery capacity and a range of 420 kilometers (WLTP).
Features:
The BYD ATTO 3 has 18-inch alloy wheels (215/55), Active safety assistance, a 12.8-inch rotatable infotainment system with DAB radio and Bluetooth, a 5-inch driver's digital instrument cluster, Qi wireless phone charging, and more.
Portable card key, keyless entrance and start Dirac sound system with eight speakers Powerchairs with six-way driver and four-way front passenger adjustments 60/40 folding rear seats, two ISOFIX child seat anchorage points (outside rear seats), Roof rails, power-folding, and heated wing mirrors, and multi-link rear suspension, among other features.
Battery and Performance
The Atto 3 will be equipped with BYD's Blade Battery, which has a capacity of 50.1 kWh and 60.4 kWh and can generate 200 horsepower and 310 Nm when combined with a PMSM.
The EV can be fully charged in around 45 minutes using an 80 kW fast charger, and it has a range of 420 kilometers on a single charge.
Dimensions:
The BYD Atto 3 is 4455mm in length, 1875mm in width, and 1615mm in height. The five-seater crossover has a 2720mm wheelbase and a 175mm ground clearance.
BYD's e-platform 3.0 is used for the first time in the Atto 3. According to BYD, the e-platform 3.0 improves EV safety and battery performance as well as optimizes the driving experience.
BYD Atto 3 Price in Nepal
Although there is no official announcement on pricing, BYD enthusiasts can expect the electric vehicle to cost approximately Rs 60-65 lakh in Nepal.
