Indian automobile company Tata Motors is currently taking an aggressive market. The company's products are being exported with high demand not only in the domestic market but also in the international market.

Tata Motors is showing the same interest in producing electric vehicles as well. The company has also increased its production capacity with the launch of new variants. Similarly, Tata Tiago's 400,000th vehicle has been sold recently. The 400,000th Tiago went on sale at Tata Motors' Sanand plant in Gujarat, India on Thursday.

The Tiago is a standard hatchback that has received a four-star rating in the Global NCAP Security test. It is the first Tiago car to cross the milestone in Tata Motors' production. Tata Tiago was first unveiled in 2016.

The car has found a good market since it went public. This car is suitable for buyers of all ages. Moreover, first-time car buyers are attracted by Tiago's features. Tiago is special because of its style and cover along with its safety and features.

With a 1200 cc displacement, the Tata Tiago is powered by a 1.2-liter aspirated, three-cylinder petrol engine. It generates 86 PS of power at 6,000 rpm and 113 Nm of torque at 3,300 rpm. It is available in five-speed manual transmission and five speeds advanced automated manual transmission options. Tiago has a 35-liter fuel tank. Tata Tiago gives a mileage of up to 20.09 kilometers per liter.

Tiago has dual airbags, a rear park assist display (screen to see what is behind the vehicle), anti-lock braking technology with EBD and CSC (cornering stability control), speed-sensitive auto-locking door Features include a rear seat wiper. The vehicle also has a puncture repair kit.

The safer the vehicle, the more comfortable it is. Tata Motors has also paid special attention to the design of the interior of the vehicle during the Tiago production period. Tiago's interior is very wide. There is enough space in the car for the driver and passengers. The vehicle has features like automated climate control and steering mount control.

Tiago's dashboard is clean and dual-tone (two colors). The driver's seat is also comfortable for the driver as the driver can adjust it to suit himself. The front of the car has headrests. It can be adjusted based on the convenience of the driver and the passenger.

Also, it has a cooled glovebox and a cup holder in the middle. The cooled Globe box can hold water, beverages, fruits, and other essentials for travel. By doing this, there is no problem with heating those items inside the vehicle. Tiago has a digital instrument cluster. It also has a 7-inch infotainment screen. It also includes Apple Car Play and Android Auto connectivity features.

The car has eight speakers so that the occupants of each seat can hear the same sound and songs or other audio on the bass. Tata Motors has worked on the internal features, safety, and comfort of the Tiago. The same attention is paid to the style of the vehicle and the exterior cover.

The five-seater Tata Tiago is an Indian-made vehicle. Its exterior design is very stylish and sporty. Its angular headlamps, chrome garnished fog lamp, and piano black rear mirrors make the car look very attractive. Its headlights are also bright.

The Tiago has a dual-tone bumper, which makes the car look stylish. Similarly, Tiago has 15-inch alloy wheels. The alloy wheels have a diamond cut and dual-tone color, which makes the car look very premium.

The company has also given special priority to the rear part and finishing of the vehicle. Its taillights are trendy boomer shaped. The Tiago has 170mm ground clearance and a 2,400mm wheelbase. Tata Motors has launched the Facelifted Tiago, Tigor, Nexon and also the Altroz premium hatchback cars at the end of January 2020 in India. Here is the list of Tata Nexon, Tiago, Tigor and Altroz Price in India.

The new Tata Nexon price in India starts at 7.54 - 13.89 lakh INR.

Tata Tiago and Tigor Price in India

The Tata Tiago and Tigor Facelifts will presently be offered uniquely with a BS6 compliant petrol engine with price in India beginning at 5.37 - 7.79 lakh INR (Tiago) and 5.97 - 8.56 lakh INR (Tigor). Aside from engines which have been moved up to meet the up and coming BS6 emission norms, each of the three models get styling and features refreshes too.

The Tata Tiago and Tigor get a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated BS6 petrol engine that put out 84 bhp and 113 Nm of peak torque. All three models are offered with the option of a manual and an AMT transmission.

Tata Altroz Specification

The Tata Altroz will be available in both petrol and diesel engines. The petrol engine of the Tata Altoz is powered by a Revotron 1.2-litre, engine. The 1199 cc motor is the three-cylinder engine that is tuned to churn out 85 bhp at 6000 rpm and develop a peak torque of 113 Nm at 3300 rpm. The diesel engine, on the other hand, is powered by a Revotorq, 1.5-litre Common Rail Turbo Intercooled oil burner. The 1497 cc, four-cylinder unit is tuned to produce 89 bhp at 4000 rpm and develops 200 Nm of peak torque at 1250-3000 rpm. Both the engines come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard, and currently, there is no automatic transmission on offer yet.

Tata launched its premium hatchback, Tata Altroz just a week before Auto Expo 2020 in India. Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd., the official distributor of Tata Motors for Nepal, has unveiled its popular premium hatchback car Altroz digitally.

Tata Altroz variants

The base trim XE comes with double barrel headlamps, steel wheels with hub caps, chrome finishing on the dashboard, a 4-inch LCD instrument console, and a standard steering wheel. It is loaded on the safety front and comes with dual front airbags as standard, along with ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, high-speed limiter, and more.

Tata Altroz Specifications

In terms of dimensions, the Tata Altroz measures 3990 mm long, 1755 mm wide and 1523 mm height. The petrol version of the Tata Altroz car weighs 1036 kg.

The premium hatchback comes with a 2501 mm long wheelbase and Tata Altroz ground clearance is 165 mm.

Tata Altroz features

The Tata Altroz car also comes with Eco and Drive mode as standard. But it's the top-end that gets a lot of features and these include dual-tone alloy wheels, projector headlamps with LED DRLs, LED fog lamps, auto climate control, auto headlamps, and rain-sensing wipers, multi-function steering wheel, one-touch auto down the window (driver's side), front and rear armrests, rear AC vents with a 12-volt socket, and leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob.

Tata Altroz Design

The Tata Altroz makes use of the company's IMPACT 2.0 design philosophy and on the design, front stays true to the 45X concept showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo. Visually, the Tata Altroz comes with the company's signature humanity line grille with glossy black treatment, flanked by a pair of sleek headlamps with integrated indicators, and a secondary light positioned below with LED daytime running lamps. The car will also come with a set of twin-four-spoke alloy wheels a blacked-out roof and LED tail-lamps.

Tata Altroz Price in Nepal

Sipradi has opened booking of premium hatchback Altroz through all dealers across Nepal from today. Tata Altroz XM+ price in Nepal is Rs 36,30,000. The Tata Altroz will compete with Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Hyundai Elite i20, alongside Honda Jazz and Volkswagen Polo as well.

Tata Motors' very successful ‘Chota Haathi' has been one of the bestsellers in the segment, commanding a 70 per cent market share and was already available in petrol, diesel, and CNG in India.

Tata Motors launched small commercial vehicles 17 years ago. The company has not announced the price of the all-electric small commercial vehicle yet.

The Ace EV is the first product featuring Tata Motors' EVOGEN powertrain that offers an all-electric range of 154 km.

It is powered by a 21.3 kWh battery pack which punches out 36 bhp and there's 130 Nm of peak torque.

Tata Motors says that the Ace gets an advanced battery cooling system and regenerative braking system to boost the driving range.

N Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Sons, and Tata Motors, said, “Tata Ace is India's most successful commercial vehicle ever. It has revolutionised transportation and created millions of successful entrepreneurs over the years. It will further build on this legacy by providing a technologically advanced, clean, and smart mobility solution. I am excited about the electrification of commercial vehicles.”

Tata Motors also announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with leading e-commerce companies and logistics service providers in India – Amazon, Big Basket, City Link, DOT, Flipkart, LetsTransport, MoEVing, and Yelo EV to deliver around 39,000 units of Ace EV.

Tata Motors is also setting up dedicated Electric Vehicle Support Centres for maximum fleet uptime; deployment of Tata Fleet Edge – the next-gen optimal fleet management solution; and support of Tata UniEVerse.
