Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) and Dish Media Network have reached an agreement to produce and broadcast domestic cricket tournaments.

The agreement was signed between Dish Media Network Managing Director Sudip Acharya and Cricket Association of Nepal Treasurer Roshan Kumar Singh on 23rd July.

In the coming days, all the competitions organized by the CAN will be broadcasted live on Dishome's Action Sports Channel.

CAN treasurer Singh said that after the agreement, "cricket-loving Nepali spectators would be able to watch Nepali cricket live and it would take the popularity of cricket to new heights."

Under the agreement, DishHome's Action Sports Channel has already broadcasted four competitions, including the PM Cup and Mayors Cup, organized by the Nepal Cricket Association.

The Cricket Association of Nepal was established in 1946.
