Curl your Hair Naturally | No Heat |

30th January 2022
"Heat isn't the only way to produce curls."

Heat isn't the only way to produce curls; there are a few simple ways to achieve the same look without using any heat at all.

Braid

Braiding your hair at night and sleeping with it in is one of the simplest ways to achieve loose waves without using heat.

When you wake up in the morning, all you have to do is unwind the braids and smooth any frizz with smoothing hair oil.

Scrunch

If you're lucky enough to have texture in your hair, this is the most basic technique. Scrunch wet hair upwards with spray from the mid-shaft to the ends.

For a sophisticated beach look, use this technique to promote your natural waves.

Hair Rollers

Hair rollers may seem like something your grandmother would use, but they don't have to be! Begin rolling sections of wet hair from the bottom up and secure with a bobby pin.

Allow for two to three hours of drying time, or overnight. You'll have beautiful waves that you can set with hairspray.

Simple Headband

A good old headband and a texturizing product are all you'll need for this procedure. Wear your headband over your hair and spray your hair with texture spray.

Twist sections of your hair and tuck them into the headband to create a unique hairstyle.

Wait a few hours (or overnight) for your hair to thoroughly dry after adding more wetness to your hairstyle. After that, unravel your hair to reveal lovely curls.

Twist

This French twist technique is a simple way to get salon-style waves at home. Sections of your hair should be twisted over each other and gathered into small buns.

To achieve the final look, keep the twist braids in for at least six hours before carefully pulling them out.

Hair treatment ideas | No Chemicals |

31st December 2021
"When our hair is in good condition, we feel more secure in our appearance."

When our hair is in good condition, we feel more secure in our appearance.

And obviously, we don’t want to use a lot of chemicals to make it good and shiny as it hampers the quality of the hair.

In this article today, we will be talking about some of the home hair treatment ideas:

Hot Oil

Create a hot oil hair treatment in just a few minutes by warming a few tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil then massaging it into the scalp and down to the ends.

This is the most simple and best home hair treatment. All you need to do is warm the pan over medium heat until the oil reaches 100 degrees F and massage oil into your scalp and hair then cover with a shower cap or towel.

Moreover, let sit for 30 minutes to an hour and wash out with shampoo.

Also, this treatment can leave hair a little oily so it is recommended to do it during weekends or when you don’t have to go out.

Banana + Olive Oil

Bananas are not only great for your feet, but they're also great for your hair!

Mash a banana with 1 spoonful of organic extra virgin olive oil until it is completely pureed.

Of course, you don't actually end up with banana chunks in your hair.

Moreover, you'll want an extremely smooth smoothie-like texture. So just massage your hair and scalp and allow 30 minutes for the therapy to take effect, then thoroughly rinse and wash.

Pumpkin + Honey

Pumpkins offer several health advantages, including being high in vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, potassium, and zinc.

This may be a great way to use up any leftover canned pumpkin puree.

All you need to do is add 1–2 teaspoons of honey, a natural humectant, to 1 cup pumpkin puree, and apply as much as possible to your hair and scalp.

To hold the mask in place, either wrap your hair in saran wrap or wear a shower cap.

Also, allow it to remain for at least 15 minutes before rinsing. Moreover, you can apply it to your face as well!

Aloe Vera

We use aloe Vera in natural medicinal cures all the time, but did you know it also works great as a DIY hair treatment?

Aloe Vera is an excellent natural conditioner that leaves hair silky and shiny.

It promotes hair development, relieves irritation (such as dandruff), and conditions your hair when applied straight to the locks.

All you need to do is add a few drops of cedarwood oil to increase circulation in the scalp, which promotes healthy growth and slows hair loss.

Just mix 2 teaspoons fresh aloe vera gel or store-bought aloe + 3 drops cedarwood essential oil and massage it into your hair and let it for 30 minutes. Shampoo and condition normally.

Ways to Thicken Your Hair Naturally

26th January 2022
"Thick hair refers to the density of hair in your scalp, therefore the major goal is to increase the volume of hair that grows on your head."

Thick hair refers to the density of hair in your scalp, therefore the major goal here is to increase—or, in most cases, maintain—the volume of hair that grows on your head.

Here are some ways to thicken your hair naturally:

Stay hydrated

Your scalp is skin, and as such, it is prone to skin problems. Drinking 4 to 8 glasses of water every day will help keep your scalp moisturized and less prone to issues like itching, dandruff or dry flakes, and shedding due to breaking.

If left untreated, this breakage can result in a general weakening of hair density, which contributes to hair loss.

Brush properly

Brushing your hair with a good hairbrush may stimulate sebum production and disseminate natural hair oils from the scalp to the ends.

By massaging the scalp, deep brushing once a week can increase hair growth.

Avoid over-washing

If you have thinning hair, avoid washing it every day since this might cause it to dry out.

Try to wash your hair a few times each week, and if it seems dull or filthy in between washes, apply dry shampoo.

Invest in the right styling products

Look for style products with lightweight compositions, such as cremes, foams, or styling sprays, if you have thin hair.

Heavy style products, such as gels or lotions, can weigh hair down and make it appear lifeless.

The most vital style product to purchase if you must blow-dry your hair is a heat protectant spray.

Try Some Curls

Curly hair frequently seems fuller, bouncier, and more volumized than thin, flat hair. To immediately make curls, use a curling iron and then spritz with a hair spray.

Pin curls, on the other hand, are a quick and simple overnight hairdo that lasts for a few days. In fact, there are so many heatless techniques to achieve curly hairstyles.
