Paramount Motors Pvt. Ltd., the sole authorized distributor of MG Motors in Nepal, has officially launched the MG ZS EV 2022 in its Naxal showroom today. 

The MG ZS EV 2022 is equipped with a powered driver's seat automatic headlights and wipers, connected car technology, six airbags, hill start, descent control all- wheeldisc brakes, tyre pressure monitoring system, and electronic stability control.

The charging port is placed next to the MG badge. And it also features mobile wireless charging blind-spot monitoring, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, and lane-keep assist. 

MG ZS EV 2022 comes with a new update in its interior and exterior. The interior of the MG zs EV 2022 is designed with a 10.1inch touchscreen infotainment system with a 7-inch digital driver's display identical.

It has a rotary-dial gear knob, driving mode, and braking regeneration. It comes with headlamps, integrated LED DRLs and LED taillamps.

MG ZS EV 2022 has a high level of safety is partly due to the extensive range of  advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) with automatic emergency braking, grouped together under the name MG Pilot.

It is powered bY a PMSM Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) with a power of 130KW and 280 Nm of torque. It can reach from 0 to 100 kmph in 8.5 seconds. The ground clearance of EV is 175 mm.

MG signature global design cues and comes loaded with features such as a panoramic sunroof,17-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, PM 2.5 Filter, and more.  

MG ZS EV available in two variants - Standard Range and Long Range.

The MG ZS EV 2022 is available in two battery pack options; one with a 51.5 kWh Hi-Tech battery with a range of 319KM  and another with a 72.6 kWh battery with a range of 440KM single charge.

MG ZS EV price in Nepal

The price of Standard range is NPR 51.99 lakh where as price of long range is NPR 59.99 lakh.

MG Motor India has launched India’s First Autonomous (Level 1) Premium SUV, MG GLOSTER, at an inaugural price starting at INR 28,98,000

With its elegant design and compelling features, GLOSTER appeals to the segment of premium and luxury that ranges from INR 25,00,000 to INR 50,00,000. It will be available in 4 feature-intensive variants in India, i.e. Super, Smart, Sharp and Savvy. They extend unmatched opulence to MG customers with multiple combinations such as luxurious bucket seats (6-seater and 7-seater), Two-Wheel Drive (2WD) and Four - Wheel Drive (4WD), and two engine choices including Twin Turbocharged Diesel engine.

The Savvy trim, priced at 35.38 lakhs, gives the perfect blend of luxury and technology with its Autonomous Level 1 Features (enabled by Advanced Driver Assistance System or ADAS) and an industry-first captain seat. It also includes Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, Automatic Parking Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control, alongside others.

Speaking on the price announcement, Rajeev Chaba, President and Managing Director, MG Motor India said, “We believe that GLOSTER will establish a new benchmark while combining matchless luxury, technology, and off-roading experience in its segment. The customized MY MG SHIELD aftersales packages will further provide more alternatives to customers and ensure complete peace of mind. All of these features are in line with our philosophy of doing more than our customers’ expectations.”

GLOSTER is a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine that produces 215 bhp of peak power and has 480 Nm of torque. An eight-speed auto transmission unit comes as standard.

Gloster stands 5,005mm in length, 1,932mm in width, is 1,875mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2,950mm.

GLOSTER’s Sharp and Savvy trims provide an Intelligent All-Terrain System that provides enhanced control during vehicle off-roading. They have a dedicated rear differential and BorgWarner transfer case, a state-of-the-art electronic shift-on-the-fly technology. Both come with seven different driving modes, namely ‘Snow’, ‘Mud’, ‘Sand’, ‘Eco’, ‘Sport’, ‘Normal’ and ‘Rock’.

GLOSTER’s i-SMART 2.0 comes with over 70 connected car features for Smart, Savvy, and Sharp. It also comes with 64-colour ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, driver’s seat massager and 12-way electronically adjustable driver seat. 

The massive SUV is the fourth offering from the company hereafter Hector, ZS EV and Hector Plus. MG Gloster will face off against Ford Endeavour and Totoya Fortuner even if the company says this SUV aims for more menacing rivals like Prado and Pajero.

The launch program was followed by the most awaited price unveiling and the commencement of vehicle delivery to customers.

Zonta Club of Kathmandu will utilize this fund to produce awareness campaigns on the importance of speaking up against domestic violence, work/public harassment, and child marriage.
