Smartphone brand POCO launched two new devices in Nepal today- POCO M2 and POCO C3. This is the second time that the brand has introduced products in Nepal, with the launch of POCO F1 earlier in 2018.

POCO M2 comes with a MediaTek® Helio™ G80 octa-core processor with two Cortex-A75 cores at 2.0GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8GHz, striking a balance between performance and efficiency. With MediaTek’s gaming features, POCO M2 users will be able to enjoy an optimized gaming experience. 

With 6GB of RAM to go with the aforementioned components, POCO M2 makes for a well-rounded device that’s set to elevate the standards in the segment.

Providing consumers a high-quality viewing experience, POCO M2 features a 6.53” Full HD+ display, with a resolution of 2340 × 1080 and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Also, the Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 protection keeps the screen protected from accidental damage and scratches. The display is reading mode certified by TÜV Rheinland. With a nearly edge-to-edge display on the front, POCO M2 features a fingerprint sensor on the rear of the device to allow for quick unlocking. Protecting the entire body of the device is P2i’s nano-coating, which makes POCO M2 resistant to accidental splashes.

POCO M2 features a quad camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide sensor, 5MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. With the 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 118-degree field of view, users can expand their view significantly while the 5MP macro sensor will allow users to take some dramatic close-up shots. Users will also be able to take full HD footage on the macro camera for some truly fun videos. POCO M2 comes packed with a 5,000mAh built-in battery-powered with support for 18W fast charging (10W charger inbox) to ensure long hours of battery backup.

Vivo V19 was launched in India as the latest smartphone offering from the company. Now it's launched in Nepal. The phone's key features include a dual selfie camera setup and Snapdragon 712 SoC. The phone was introduced last month globally, and it has now been released in the country after several delays.

Vivo V19 features, specifications

The dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo V19 runs on Android 10-based FunTouch OS 10. It features a 6.44-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED hole-punch display with sixth-generation Corning Gorilla Glass. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 712 processor, paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of storage option. The Vivo V19 has a quad-camera setup on the back, placed on the top left corner of the phone positioned in an L-shaped manner. The setup packs a 48-megapixel main shooter with f/1.79 aperture, an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, and two 2-megapixel cameras with f/2.4 aperture for macro and bokeh functions. Rear camera features include super night mode, ultra-stable video, art portrait video, super macro, and bokeh portrait.

Upfront, the dual selfie camera setup in this phone is housed in a pill-shaped cutout with a 32-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel secondary camera. Front camera features include super night selfie, super wide-angle selfie, ultra-stable video. The Vivo V19 phone packs a 4,500mAh battery with 33W FlashCharge 2.0 support.  Connectivity options include Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, GPS, OTG, 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi. Vivo V19 is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

After the launch of Galaxy M31, Samsung has launch Galaxy M51 in December 15. Samsung had announced the launch of Galaxy M51 via Twitter handle with the hashtag #MeanestMonsterEver which refers to its monstrous battery of 7000mAh.

The new Galaxy M51 has a design similar to that of Galaxy M31. It has a plastic build on the back with a plastic frame that has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. There is a punch-hole cutout at the top center of the screen for the Selfie camera.
