Realme has announced the launch of the new Narzo 20 series, the successor of the Narzo 10 series, on September 22 with a slogan of ‘Feel the Power’. The Narzo 20 series has 3 devices- Narzo 20 Pro, Narzo 20, and Narzo 20A. These phones are unveiled in India via online event and will be available for purchase in India from September 25. The phones under Narzo 20 series fall under the budget smartphones. Let’s get to know more about these devices and their expected price in Nepal.

Narzo 20 Pro Overview

Narzo 20 Pro comes with attractive features like Super Dart Fast Charging with 65-watt fast charging support that is also present in the Realme 7 Pro. Narzo 20 Pro is the first budget smartphone to have such high fast charging support. The battery capacity is just 4,500 mAh that can be charged up to 100% just in 38 minutes.

The Narzo 20 Pro has a 6.5- inches IPS LCD display with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. And, a touch sampling rate of 120Hz. At the front, Narzo 20 Pro has a punch-hole notch that houses a 16MP selfie camera.

Talking about the camera, Narzo 20 Pro has a quad-camera setup at the rear with a 48MP Samsung GM1 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP depth sensors. And, at the front, there is a 16MP Sony IMX471 selfie camera.

The Narzo 20 Pro is powered by MediaTek Helio G95 chipset and comes in 2 variants of 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage and 8GB RAM/128GB storage.

Narzo 20 Overview

Unlike Narzo 20 Pro, Narzo 20 doesn’t come with Super Dart Fast Charging. However, it features a massive 6000mAh battery that comes with 18W fast-charging. Realme boasts that its huge battery can support 43-hours of Talktime and 18 movies on a single charge. Besides the fast-charging, it also comes with reverse charging.

 Narzo 20 also features a 6.5 inches IPS LCD like Narzo 20 Pro. However, its resolution is only HD+ and is not protected by Corning Gorilla Glass like Narzo 20 Pro. The refresh rate is also just 60Hz. At the front, Narzo 20 has a water-drop notch that houses the 8MP selfie camera.

Talking about the camera, Narzo 20 has a triple camera at the rear with a 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and 2Mp depth lens. Likewise, on the front, there is an 8MP selfie shooter housed inside the water-drop notch at the top center. Narzo 20 is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. And, Narzo 20 comes in 2 variants- 4GB/ 64GB storage and 4GB/128GB storage.

The most affordable amongst the Narzo 20 series is the Narzo 20A which has a 5000mAh battery and comes with just 10W charging support, like every other budget smartphone. Its features are quite similar to that of Narzo 20 including the triple camera and the 6.5-inches IPS LCD display.

Talking about the chipset, it is powered by Snapdragon 665. Narzo 20A is the first Realme Smartphone to have featured a Qualcomm Soc.

2019 has come to an end, marking the start of a new year and a new season for smartphones. We saw some awesome phones, as well as big duds in 2019, and expectations from 2020 phones are high. Here is the list of upcoming phones in 2021.

 

Samsung Galaxy S11

Galaxy S10 from the previous year was and still is an awesome phone. It had awesome specs, a good Samsung design, and awesome features. But it went under the radar for many, as various awesome phones came out.

This year, Samsung is trying to change this and from the looks of it, it is working. Samsung's other upcoming android phone for 2020, Samsung S11 is already in the hype and the phone has not even come out yet. S11 is expected to come in three variants and three display sizes. It is expected to come in, either 6.2″ or 6.4″, the middle one coming at 6.7″ and the largest one measuring 6.9″. The smaller two variants will come in both 5G and LTE variants. All the variants will have a curved-edge display, bye-bye flat display and may use their own 108MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX S5KHMX camera sensor as the primary camera. The phone is expected to launch in mid-to-late February launch.

Oppo

Oppo A92

The device is now available in Malaysia with the Indonesian start-up across the edge in China as Oppo A72. The product will almost definitely hit the South Asian market, like India and Nepal, but it looks like Oppo will again rebrand this device. Previously, Oppo began with Oppo A91 as Oppo F15 and sources say the Oppo A92 as Oppo F15s are being introduced.

Reno 5G 

Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G is fitted with a 4350mAh 2 cell battery and thus can be charged with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0. Oppo reports that within half an hour the unit can be completely filled. Likewise, a five-minute fast loading session offers 4 hours of video replication.

A few months ago, Oppo first introduced the Reno5 series in China. And the organization now has the devices on the global market affordable. In India, Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G with a price tag of INR 35,990 for an 8/128GB version is now available for pre-ordering.  Although there isn't any news here about the date of Oppo's launch, we predict that Oppo Reno5 Pro will be around Rs 58,075 in Nepal.

Nokia 5.4 

Nokia 5.4 is a further compliment to the Nokia 5 series, a mid-range segment in general. The Snapdragon 662 is designed to be Nordic, identical to the Nokia 3.4.

Possibly in other regions like Nepal, HMD Global will operate the unit. A precise date, however, was not disclosed. The price of Nokia 5.4 in Nepal's basic variant is going to be around Rs 28000.

Realme has launched the cheapest 5G smartphone of the brand- Realme V3, along with the Realme X7 series on September 1, 2020. The phone is expected to get into the market on September 10, 2020. Though it has not been fancied as X7 series, it doesn't lack in any feature.

Realme V3 Overview

Realme V3 has a 6.5-inches LCD display with 720×1600 pixels resolution. It has a waterdrop notch at the top of the display for an 8MP selfie camera. The screen-to-body ratio is 81.6%.

The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 750 processor. And, runs on Android 10 OS. The phone comes in 3 different variants- 6GB/64GB , 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB.
