Rice flour + Honey + Vinegar:
Rice flour exfoliates, purifies, and demineralizes the skin. Honey is a natural antiseptic that helps heal cracked feet and a Vinegar is a mild acid that softens dry and dead skin, making it easy to exfoliate. So the mixture of these three will help you get rid of the dry cracked feet.
You just need to make a scrub by mixing 3 tablespoons of rice flour, one tablespoon of honey, and 2–3 drops of apple cider vinegar, Stir well to form a thick paste and soak your feet in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes, and then gently scrub using the paste to remove dead skin.
Vegetable Oil:
Vegetable oils are readily absorbed by the skin. Most vegetable oils contain vitamins such as Vitamin A, D, and E, which help nourish the skin and create new cells.
Moreover, simply apply a thick layer of vegetable oil to your heels and toes, put on a pair of clean comfortable socks, and leave them overnight.
Baking Soda:
Baking Soda is an exfoliator. It removes dead cells and also possesses anti-inflammatory properties from the skin.
So it is one of the best home remedies o be used for cracked feet. Moreover, Baking soda can also neutralize foul odor. All you need to do is add 3 tablespoons of baking soda to a bowl of lukewarm water and soak your feet in this for 15 minutes.
Vaseline and a lemon:
Vaseline acts as a moisturizer, and lemon juice contains citric acid, promoting skin peeling and regrowth of new skin cells. Firstly, soak your feet in warm water for about 20 minutes and Dry your feet.
Then apply the mixture of 3–4 drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice to one tablespoon of Vaseline to your cracked area, wear a pair of woolen socks, and let it sit overnight.
Aloe Vera Gel:
As we all know, Aloe Vera contains vitamins A, C, and E. These have antioxidant properties and inflammatory properties which acts as an antiseptic and analgesic. Aloe Vera also helps in wound healing.
So this is a great home remedy you can use for your dry cracked feet. Simply, apply a thick layer of aloe Vera gel to your feet, and wear cotton socks to lock the moisture before going to bed every day. Then, wash with lukewarm water in the morning.
